These Terms govern your use of Nunxia (the “Service”), provided by Nexys Srl. By subscribing to or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Nunxia is an AI automation platform for SEO, content, product listings, social posts, CRM and email. Features may evolve over time.

2. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, and to remain responsible for content published on your sites.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content generated for your sites. The Nunxia software, brand and underlying technology remain the property of Nexys Srl.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexys Srl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, with the courts of Trieste having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
