This Privacy Policy explains how Nexys Srl (“we”, the data controller) collects and processes personal data through the Nunxia website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable US state privacy laws.

1. Data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Order details: name, email, company, website and country when you start a plan.
• Technical data: cookies and usage data (see our Cookie Policy).

2. Why we process it (legal bases)

• To respond to your enquiries — legitimate interest / your request (Art. 6(1)(b)(f) GDPR).
• To provide and bill the Service — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Analytics and marketing — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

3. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors that help us run the Service (e.g. hosting and email delivery), under appropriate agreements.

5. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. US residents (CCPA/CPRA and similar)

If you are a US resident, you have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing”. Use the “Do Not Sell or Share” control in our cookie banner or email us to exercise these rights. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
